Cancellations/Refunds/Credits/Changing Weeks

In order to provide the best possible instruction and supervision, and a low child to counselor ratio, we staff our camps based on the number of children registered.  We are committed to you, and we want to make sure you are committed to us.

1.       NO REFUNDS or CREDITS issued within 7 days prior to the first day of camp.

2.       Outside of 1 week prior to the first day of camp:

  • Refund = MINUS 25% of registration fee
  • Credits = Full Credit minus $10.00 Change Week Fee (if space is available)  Credits are valid for 1 year
  • Change Week Fee:  $10.00 Change Week Fee

Absences (unattended days

There is no refund or credit for unattended camp days.  Unattended camp days cannot be transferred to future camps.

Pro-rating

There is NO PRO-RATING Camp Sessions (regardless of number of camp days you can or wish to attend, registration must be paid in full).

Weather/Shelter Policy  (SUMMER CAMPS)

In the event of severe weather at full-day camps, we will move camp activities indoors. We reserve the right to cancel the entire camp day (or any portion of it which remains). No refund will be issued for camp days (or portions thereof) cancelled for any reason. The decision to cancel and/or modify a camp rests solely with the management, facility manager and head coaches.   In the event of severe weather at half-day camps, we will move into indoors or to a protective shelter. If the delay is prolonged we may choose to extend that day or any other day. We reserve the right to cancel the entire camp day (or any portion of it which remains). No refund will be issued for camp days (or portions thereof) cancelled for any reason. The decision to cancel and/or modify a camp rests solely with the management, facility manager and head coaches.  At certain locations in the event of severe weather, we may bus campers to an alternate indoor location. Should that become necessary, we will send an email to your registered email address with full details of the plan. Please check your emails frequently during camp operations.

Photo and Video Policy

Campers and their parents agree to permit use of photographs and video taken on camp site property to be used for promotional purposes of the camp.

Lost and Found (Pocket Money/Valuables)

Overtime Athletics cannot be responsible for valuables brought to camp, (i.e. money, phones, ipads, jewelry, etc.), and suggest campers only bring necessary items.

Camp will have a Lost and Found Container that parents and campers should check for missing clothing and items.

Walk Up Registration Procedure/Needs

  • If Camp is SOLD OUT you will be turned away
  • ALL Camper Forms and Registrations must be filled out at Sign In Desk before admitting child
  • Payment in full due upon sign in (cash or check)
